I had a very disappointing experience today. During my massage, the spa switched my therapist to a male therapist without informing me or asking for my consent. This happened when I only had about 15 minutes left in my session. Whether a customer is comfortable with a male or female therapist is a personal matter, and changing therapists without permission is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager about the situation, no manager came out to address my concerns. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for customer preferences was extremely disappointing. I would not expect a business to make this kind of decision without first consulting the client. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves how they treat their customers.

Came in for a one hour massage. Lady started, but kept stopping to talk to people, go take care of things, and even switched with another person several times. For nearly an hour the same spot on my shoulder got massaged. Supposed to be a full body massage. Nothing done on the legs. Again, I was left on the table while they took off to do something. I got up, got my stuff and asked to speak to someone who could understand. They wanted to charge me for a full massage, but I explained them that I didn’t get one. Ended up forcing me to pay $38 for nothing. Last couple of times at this place, the massages have been less and less competent. Should not be that way.

This place has become a weekly must. The foot massage is fantastic and the staff is very kind. My only not really complaint, is the nature video, I would be fine with some calming sea turtles in place of some of the bugs or weird things that show up on there. But that really has nothing to do with the amazing service they provide.

Excellent experience. I did 20 minutes chair and 30 minutes foot. Very relaxing love the waterfall and relaxing music. Prices are very reasonable.

My wife and family have been coming here for years, we had a Friday night routine for foot massages. It used to be nice and quiet with a good massage… but recently a couple of the women and one of the men on staff talk loudly & obnoxiously. One is in a supervisory position (or acts like it). She cannot talk softly or whisper, & repeats the same phrases/demands over and over. We’re going to have to change locations if this continues. It would be nice if one person on staff spoke fluent English as they don’t understand special requests. June 7th, 2024.
